Instrument description
The double-sided Dental Excavator TYPE 2 is designed for removing dead dentin from the carious cavity, cleaning enamel, removing temporary filling material, removing food fragments and soft plaque from tooth cavities.

⦁ Symmetrical working parts are made in the shape of a round spoon with sharp edges.
⦁ Functional ends have a well-sharpened cutting edge curved in a plane.
⦁ The width of the working parts is 1.5 mm.
⦁ The instrument is made of stainless steel and is therefore resistant to corrosive effects and aggressive chemical environments.
⦁ Due to retention notches on the outer surface of the handle, the dental instrument is securely held in hand and contributes to successful manipulations.
⦁ The ergonomic shape of the handles reduces the risk of developing carpal tunnel syndrome.
⦁ The excavator weighs 25 g with a length of 160.5 mm and a diameter of 9,5 mm.
