Instrument description
Meddins Modelling Spatula – Plugger (ball) TYPE 7 is designed for the introduction, compaction and modelling of composite material. Its rounded shaft provides unrestricted access to the entire cavity. The instrument is suitable for modelling composites in large cavities, in particular on the vestibular walls of front teeth. It is very convenient for introducing the composite directly from the syringe into the cavity.
⦁ The instrument is a combination of the thinnest Meddins TDI 40 t1 spatula and a 2.5 mm bullet-shaped plugger.
⦁ Thin spatula with the working part thickness of 0.2 mm.
⦁ Thanks to retention notches on the outer surface of the handle, the dental instrument does not slip in fingers.
⦁ The instrument is made of stainless steel and is therefore resistant to corrosive effects and aggressive chemical environments.
⦁ Meddins dental spatulas- pluggers are sharpened by hand and polished in 2 stages (by hand and with the help of electrolyte-plasma technology).
⦁ Thoughtful ergonomic design of the handle with notches prevents the hand from slipping and helps to avoid the development of tunnel syndrome.
