Instrument description
Meddins TYPE 8 Spatula–Plugger is designed for placing, condensing, and shaping composite material. The rounded shank provides unrestricted access throughout the cavity. The instrument is ideal for modelling composites in large cavities, including the labial walls of anterior teeth. It is also very convenient for placing composite directly from a syringe into the cavity.

• Combines the ultra-thin Meddins TDI 40 t1 spatula with a ball-shaped plugger (1.5 mm).

• Ultra-thin spatula working end thickness: 0.2 mm.

• Meddins spatulas are hand-sharpened and polished in two stages: manually and using electrolytic plasma technology.

• Ergonomic handle helps reduce hand fatigue and lowers the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome during routine work.

• Retention grooves on the handle ensure a secure, non-slip grip.
