Instrument description
Meddins Modelling Spatula – Plugger (ball) TYPE 8 is intended for the introduction, compaction and modelling of composite material. The rounded shaft provides unrestricted access to the entire cavity. The instrument is suitable for modelling composites in large cavities, in particular on the vestibular walls of front teeth. It is very convenient for introducing the composite directly from the syringe into the cavity.

⦁ The instrument is a combination of the thinnest Meddins TDI 40 t1 spatula and a 1.5 mm bullet-shaped plugger.
⦁ Thin spatula with the working part thickness of 0.2 mm.
⦁ Meddins spatula- pluggers are made of stainless steel hardened in several stages.
⦁ Meddins dental spatulas- pluggers are sharpened by hand and polished in 2 stages (by hand and with the help of electrolyte-plasma technology).
⦁ The ergonomic shape of the handle reduces the risk of developing carpal tunnel syndrome.
⦁ Thanks to retention notches on the outer surface of the handle, the instrument does not slip in fingers.
